Happy Wedding Wednesday, my friends! I have an exciting addition I want to share with you all below. Check it out!

Being apart of the wedding industry here in Charleston, I have the opportunity to work with so many amazing vendors and people that I want you all to have the chance to learn a bit about them too. So, I am going to start a new segment that on every Wednesday I will “spotlight” a vendor in the industry and their experiences in weddings. Cool, right?! To start it off, I thought I would answer some of my own silly and fun questions.

I am really excited about this section and I hope you are too!

That’s me!

So if you follow me on Instagram (@thepetalreport if you are not already) you have seen that I have not been able to hold back on posting some of these pictures. This wedding has by far been one of my favorites ever. Not for the amazing vendors or the gorgeous florals or the pretty little details (although those certainly helped), but it was for the sweet, sweet couple who made it all worth it. Please enjoy and fall in love with these gorgeous pictures from my previous post by Haley Sheffield of Katie and Clay’s dream day!

Last week I got to attend my second The Knot party and it was delightful! (Not that I would expect anything less.) They hosted it at one of Charleston’s newest wedding venues, The Gadsden House, and invited some of the top wedding vendors to create and attend this event filled with Pantone‘s colors of the year- Serenity and Rose Quartz. With a live artist onsite to paint tapestry backgrounds and mini pineapples in the floral arrangements, I couldn’t get enough of all the little details!

I love being able to attend these events with fellow wedding colleagues before the hustle and bustle of wedding season hits. This was a great way to start off the craziness!

For this blog post, I decided to put together a slideshow to showcase Charleston Wedding’s Bridal Show in downtown last month. My birthday was a couple of weeks ago and I was lucky enough to have my mother in town to help me celebrate! (As you will learn about me, I take anyone and everyone’s birthday’s VERY seriously. So you can imagine how mine is in our family! HA!) We had one of the best days attending this fashion show followed by an evening in Kiawah at the Andell Inn. So pretty much…perfection. Now get lost in the beautiful gowns and try not to lose track of too much time!

Ps…can you guess my favorite gown?!
