Emily Kotarski Bridal's Precious Metals Collection is out of this world! I had the absolute honor of assisting the uber talented (and dear friend) Emily Kotarski Bridal on her newest, couture line's photo shoot. Hosting it at the historic Governor Thomas Bennett House (where I will be living this spring with four weddings there!) it set the scene for a gorgeous and romantic shoot. With Clay Austin Photography shooting with his film camera, we all knew it was going to turn out amazing. He definitely didn't let us down! If you...

So excited to share my #petalworthy lifestyle engagement pictures on the blog today. I am seriously all about them. We love how they are more relaxed, fun, and truly capture the love and relationship between the two. This seems to be a growing trend within the wedding industry and I am totally digging it. Lifestyle engagement pictures are deemed #petalworthy as I have found them to be the most intimate and accurate images to a couples life together. I have gathered some of my favorite images off of Pinterest and...

Up on the blog is the Sage Innovations company shoot! This past winter, Cory (Sage Innovations owner aka the head honcho) and I were lucky enough to create a gorgeous, company photo shoot to spruce up our website. Getting some killer head shots, designing some stunning tablescapes and starring in an informational video was all we accomplished in the few short hours we spent at The Cedar Room. Of course, none of this would have been possible without our amazing "friendors" who participated (full list of vendors below)! Without the amazing talents...

Who else is ready for a vintage love story?! The way I met this sweet couple was one of those “it’s a small world” stories. As most of you all know, I also do the social media and marketing for the sweetest, little paper goods shops on King Street in downtown Charleston, The Silver Starfish. While I was working there one day, two sisters walked in looking to talk with someone about paper goods. Yes, I know what paper goods to send and when, but the actual logistics of what to order and the design process…not my forte. So, instead, we got to chatting about where they were from and when the wedding was going to be. Turns out, they are from a neighboring city to my hometown of Oakwood, Ohio and are good family friends with one of my childhood friend’s family. To go even further, their father and my father went to high school together and their mother also graduated from my alma mater! Can you believe it?! I will tell you what, everyone has a connection to Ohio one way or another.

It just seemed to be the perfect fit for me to coordinate their vintage love story. It was a true honor to be apart of a fellow Ohioans wedding and I have gained some great friends in Ally, Owen, and Jenny (MOH)! Enjoy these stunning, vintage inspired wedding pictures by none other than Hyer Images.
